New innovations in food allergy prevention and treatment promise to usher in a new era. How best to navigate these advances? On Aug. 13-15, 2021, Allergy & Asthma Network partnered with Global Food Therapy for answers and more at the first Global Food Allergy Summit.

The Summit was a virtual event. More than 1,280 people attended at least one day of the Summit. Participants hailed from 35 countries and six continents.

The Summit engaged patients, parents and caregivers on the latest in food allergy prevention and treatment. The presentations were designed to provide practical, evidence-based and easy-to-understand information. Attendees were invited to ask questions in panel discussions and Q&A sessions.
