We invite you to take part in an international survey addressing psychology services and food allergies.
You will be asked to complete questionnaires about how food allergy has affected you or your child. You will also be asked about access to psychology services.

The survey is undertaken by the Patients Organization Committee of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. It is conducted in collaboration with Drs. Linda Herbert, Ruchi Gupta, Brian Vickery, Jennifer Protudjer and European colleagues in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe.
