Join us for the July 4×4 Asthma Fitness Challenge 2021, a whole-body exercise program. It’s designed to improve your lung health, keep you active, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
Here’s what the Challenge entails: During July, you’ll work with certified personal trainer Shannon Simpson to do 4 exercises, 4 times a week. It’s just 15 minutes a day! The exercise program also involves a cardio workout of your choice: a walk, jog or bicycle ride.
Watch Coach Shannon’s fitness videos and track your progress in your personal workout calendar – a free download. At the end of July, send the calendar back to us for a chance to win a 101 Virtual Assessment with Coach Shannon. She will create a tailored workout plan that fits your exercise goals!
Registration for the July 2021 Asthma Fitness Challenge is $10.00. All proceeds support Allergy & Asthma Network’s outreach, education, advocacy and research activities and programs.
