Allergy & Asthma Network invites people with chronic urticaria to participate in an upcoming focus group.
The focus group will include people diagnosed with:
- chronic idiopathic urticaria (CIU)
- cold-induced urticaria
- cholinergic urticaria (induced by increased body heat)
- symptomatic dermographism (induced by scratching, rubbing or scrubbing against the skin).
You will be asked to share your perceptions and experiences living with these conditions.
The meeting(s) will be held virtually on Thursday, Oct. 14 at 7:00 pm ET. The total anticipated time commitment would be 2.5 hours. Participants will be compensated $262 for their time.
The focus group will help a global pharmaceutical company understand the unmet needs of CIU and chronic inducible urticaria (CindU) patients. Insights gained will be used to improve an upcoming clinical trial with regard to:
- communications
- recruitment
- enrollment process.
