A 3-month study is investigating an oral pill which aims to prevent severe allergic reactions in people with peanut allergy.

The purpose of this Phase II study is to test the safety, efficacy, and tolerability of the investigational drug in adult participants with an allergy to peanuts. The study is sponsored by Novartis.

If you join the clinical study, your participation should last approximately 3 months, including 1 month of screening and 4-5 weeks of study treatment. Participants will be expected to participate in a total of 10 site visits.

To take part in this clinical trial, you must meet several criteria, including being:

  1. Between 18 and 55 years old
  2. Diagnosed with allergy to peanuts or peanut-containing foods
