How does your family control outdoor and indoor allergy triggers? Video blogger Tracy Bush shares some of her family’s tips:

• Take a shower after spending time outside to wash away pollen allergens from your hair and body.
• Be mindful of shampoos, conditioners and even laundry detergents — these can contain allergens and irritants.
• Wash bedding, including sheets and pillowcases, at least once a week to eliminate dust mites. Consider dust mite-proof encasements.
• Consider investing in an air purifier for the bedroom, to help minimize pollen allergens
