Welcome to the first-ever Asthma Awareness Month Virtual Fitness Challenge 2021!

All throughout May, follow the one-month program developed by certified personal trainer Shannon Simpson. Watch her videos and track your progress in your workout calendar. On May 31, 2021, send the calendar to us by email and you’ll be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a Fitbit-4 and other prizes!

Shannon Simpson is a certified personal trainer at Anytime Fitness in Fairfax, Virginia. She is pursuing a graduate degree in Exercise, Fitness, and Health Promotion at George Mason University where she completed her undergraduate degree in Business Management. Shannon is also a certified Zumba instructor and is pursuing a certification in barre.
