On May 31, 2021, send the calendar to us by email and you’ll be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a Fitbit-4 and other prizes!

Shannon Simpson is a certified personal trainer at Anytime Fitness in Fairfax, Virginia. She is pursuing a graduate degree in Exercise, Fitness, and Health Promotion at George Mason University where she completed her undergraduate degree in Business Management. Shannon is also a certified Zumba instructor and is pursuing a certification in barre.
