The BREADTH Trial is looking for participants ages 18–75 to take part in research for an investigational oral pill that may help reduce the symptoms of moderate to severe asthma. This clinical trial is testing if an oral pill is safe and how it works in adults who have had asthma for at least 1 year, are on stable asthma medication, but still experience coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath that affect everyday life.
