IQVIATM, a worldwide healthcare research firm, is currently conducting a research study to better understand the experience of patients with moderate to severe asthma.
We would like to invite you to participate in this study, which is being conducted to understand quality of life of people with moderate to severe asthma by using new questionnaires to measure people’s daily symptoms.
You will be able to complete these questionnaires on your smartphone through a specific app designed for this study. This study will help us to learn more about asthma symptoms (like wheezing, coughing and shortness of breath) and how and when to measure these symptoms. Your participation will help in planning future trials of new drugs for other people suffering from the same condition as you.
You will participate in the study for a total of 10 weeks and the questionnaires will be completed at different times. Some questionnaires will need to be completed each day while others will need to be completed once a week or only a few times during the 10-week study. Completion of the questionnaires will range from less than 10 minutes to 1 hour, 15 minutes per week.
As a token of our appreciation, we will offer you $500 in the form of a voucher which will be divided into three payments based on your time and participation.
