Welcome to the 4×4 Asthma Fitness Challenge 2021!
All throughout July, follow the full body workout developed by certified personal trainer Shannon Simpson. Watch her video and track your progress in your workout calendar. On July 31, send the calendar to us by email for the chance to win a 101 virtual assessment with Coach Shannon. She will create a tailored workout plan that fits your exercise goals. The video includes: warm up; a set of instructions and exercises for 15 minutes; and cool down.

Shannon Simpson is a certified personal trainer at Anytime Fitness in Fairfax, Virginia. She completed her undergraduate degree in Business Management and her Master’s degree in Exercise, Fitness, and Health Promotion at George Mason University. Shannon is a certified Pure Barre and Zumba instructor, and just started her own business, Shan In Shape, LLC, for online fitness and wellness services. In the future, Shannon wants to incorporate her training and experience in both exercise science and dance to own and manage a dance studio or gym – or both!
