Effective management of allergy and asthma conditions often requires a coordinated, team-based approach to address complex clinical needs and improve patient outcomes. When care is fragmented, patients may experience poor disease control, increased healthcare utilization, and widening health disparities.
Join us for this CME webinar as Dr. Payel Gupta shares practical, real-world strategies for developing and implementing multidisciplinary care models. This session will explore how collaborative approaches across specialties can enhance care delivery, improve patient outcomes, and address gaps in access and equity.

This activity is intended for allergists/immunologists, pulmonologists, primary care clinicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals involved in the diagnosis, management, and coordination of care for patients with asthma and allergic conditions.
